Refund Policy


  • If you placed a wrong order or you wish to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. 
  • Once 12 hours have passed it is then no longer possible to cancel any order, as the doll will be entered into production or on its way to you and so high costs have already been incurred. 
  • If you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us to check the status of the order. 


  • Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.
  • Any discrepancies found with your items must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving your doll. 

  • We take all claims extremely seriously and so you are required to provide supporting evidence each detail mentioned in your claim. 
  • You are also required to provide high quality photo and/or video evidence of the entire box in which your item has arrived, from all angles. This will also include any photo evidence provided by the courier at the time of delivery. If we are not able to obtain this from the courier, then you are required to provide the couriers photo evidence, as the legal recipient.
  • After confirming the evidence of damage, we will provide you with return instructions via email with shipping label for you to download and print. Return shipping fees for items damaged upon receipt will be covered 100% by Amore Adult Doll.


  • Customers are responsible for covering the actual cost of return shipping in cases where they've purchased the wrong product, if it doesn't fit, or if they simply no longer want them. 
  • You are also required to provide high quality photo and/or video evidence of the entire product from all angles to prove that the item has not been used. Amore Adult Doll does NOT accept returns for used sex dolls due to hygiene concerns. 
  • To maintain hygiene standards, we regret to inform you that we do not facilitate exchanges for sex dolls.
  • Kindly consider your choices carefully before finalizing your order at Amore Adult Doll.
  • It's important to be aware that a sex doll store offering free returns for non-defective products may potentially resell used dolls. This increases the risk for customers to encounter hygiene concerns, including a higher likelihood of exposure to sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) if they use previously owned dolls.


  • Skin imperfections – as each doll is hand crafted, there may be very small differences in the skin from one doll to the next. These are completely normal and doll owners usually refer to these as “characteristics” which give their doll a unique feel. Although any major defects are found during our quality control inspection, if you discover anything we may have missed, please let us know.
  • Nails – as nails are loosely adhered to the skin to allow each customer to remove, paint and re-attach, we cannot cover loose nails as they are shipped like this for a reason.
  • Make-up – each dolls make-up is applied by hand, this means that very slight differences in make-up are completely normal. However, should you find a major problem, please do let us know.
  • Eyelashes – If eyelashes become loose, simply re-attach using TPE safe glue.
  • Height – A doll's height is determined by measuring from the top of the head to the tip of the big toes while the doll is in a supine position with feet in a plantar flexion stance. Please account for a 2-5cm potential difference due to manual measurement. Thank you for your understanding.


  • Our return window is 14 days upon delivery for qualified returns.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Banks or credit card companies might take additional time to process and post the refund.
